About NimbleHost

Though you may know us as a RapidWeaver Plugin & Theme developer, we also provide web services for both the Mac & PC communities. Web hosting, email, domain name registration, SSL certificates, e-commerce solutions - pretty much anything and everything you need to get up and running online.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will never share, lend, rent, sell, show, or in any way reveal your information to anyone except in cases where we are required to do so by law.

To inform you of theme & plugin updates, news, and discounts all customers are automatically added to the NimbleHost RapidWeaver mailing list. You may unsubscribe from this mailing list at anytime, and links to do so are provided in every email that is sent out.

License Agreement

1. RapidWeaver Plugins

Upon purchasing a NimbleHost RapidWeaver plugin you are granted a license to install and use the plugin on up to three (3) computers that you personally own and use. If you wish to use a plugin on more than three (3) computers at a time, or if the computer is not owned by you, a separate license is required.

A plugin can be used with any number of personal or commercial (for profit) projects without needing to purchase a separate license, as long as the above conditions are met.


2. RapidWeaver Themes

NimbleHost RapidWeaver themes may be installed and used on any number of computers that you personally own and use. If the computer is not owned by you, or if someone else will be using the theme, a separate copy is required.

A theme can be used with any number of personal or commercial (for profit) projects without needing to purchase a separate copy, as long as the above conditions are met.


3. Copyright & Ownership

Purchase of a theme or plugin grants you a license to use the plugin or theme purchased in accordance to the conditions listed above. NimbleHost reserves all rights and retains copyright and ownership of all themes, plugins, code snippets, designs, graphics, source code, video tutorials, screencasts, etc. unless otherwise stated.


4. Agreement

By completing a purchase transaction with NimbleHost you acknowledge and agree to this license agreement.
